The school board in the St. Louis suburb voted unanimously Monday to expel the 12 students through the end of the school year for the Nov. 9 scuffle.

According to AP, Superintendent Ed Hightower said three of them were seniors who were barred from graduation ceremonies next spring.

Hightower said two groups

 
of students had been bickering for a month about who had been invited to the party. They were warned and counseled by administrators and parents to avoid a feud.
