'Tis the season to spend money, Chinga-dinga-ding, the registers ring! And if you're going to spend some of yours on computer-related stuff, here's a recap of some things I've liked over the past year.
Printers: For a PC color LED-driven printer, consider the Okidata C5100, which listed in July at $839.99. Great color, easy operation, but has only USB and network connections. If you want to print photos, consider the Epson Stylus Photo 900 at $199, which did a great job printing hundreds of wedding pictures in August. And Lexmark has two copier-printer-scanner-fax combos to consider. In the laser world, it's the X215 MFP, which goes for $499.99. If you want to stick to inkjet, the Lexmark X6150 costs $199.99. Both machines delivered exactly as promised.
