Update: Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC Bugs - Software

Added an issue that has to do with how Connection Manager expects the user to
connect even though a faster connection is available on the XDA2. The user must
enable the GPRS connection on the XDA2 even though a SDIO Wi-Fi card is active
to sync via a VPN.
